This is a wonderful facility for all female Alzheimer patients. At NorthHill Nursing and Rehab all the residents on our Alzheimer's unit receive the best quality of care they deserve, so come take a tour of our Alzheimer's unit

North Hill can be a good place for your love ones my time being there i met alots of good people that do care for the residents the proper way , But far as housekeeping can be better if the supervisor(D.LITTLE) pay more attention to her Department which is housekeeping and not dietary if she focus more on what her department needs rather then mess and being sneaky and stop worrying about who having relations with who and start focusing more on the residents needs and keeping the facility clean then she wouldn't have time to focus on other departments but I fault the directors for letting this kinda nonsense go on then get scare when the big man ( Toni) comes when clearly hes no fools and he see nothing is being done in housekeeping , D.LITTLE needs to be fired from the facility especially when you messing with employees time and money that is grounds for termination and something needs to be done about that

Cna's need to do more for there residents that resides there meet their needs and not their own needs because your patients or residents come first all the time resident should not have to suffer when you or short staffed they still deserve 100% care weather management have to come out and do it themselves if they are short-handed and I am not happy with the service I saw and my family member received it

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
