This Facility is Horrible! The staff is very lazy and in my opinion they getting paid just to be in the building. My love one informed me they forgot ro feed them one evening. And when the food did come it appeared they took food from one Plate to make another. And that is truly Sad!! I wouldn't bring my Dog here

This facility is unlike any others around! Their customer service is superb and the patient care they provide is done so well! Not to mention the therapy services my loved one received here were outstanding, they were WALKING out of here after a few months. I cannot thank you enough for your service. All the updates you have done the building look amazing. This place has never looked better. Thank you!

I would have given it a zero if I could. My mom was unresponsive after 4 days because they did not give her heart medicine to her. And thento act like the hospital didn't order it. After 3 days of heart medicine my mom is now in my care and ALIVE. If you love your family member do not take them here.

I first thought this was a good place but rethought this place .They pass judgment on the families of the patients who are in a difficult position. Its all about the money .If the patient runs out of insurance they kick them to the curb.Their employees seem to think they can tell you what you can an cannot do.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
