    January 28th was my mom's move in date. We were very pleased with her transition. Her room was ready for us to add personal touches, therapy was prepared to get her moving after the ride, admissions reviewed her file and additional contact information that would assist her records, and introductions with departments were completed. After a quick visit with Mandy, hair and nail appointments were scheduled, and it was almost time for dinner. I am ecstatic to know that by the time of my departure, she had met several residents in the dining area and the mom of a friend of mine.

    The nurses are very rude and we waited almost an hr for juice and still never got it after asking 2 different people to get it for us. They didn't know anything about the lady we were visiting and were asking us questions about her healthcare plan. You would think they would have everything in her file and actually read the care plan to learn about their patients. Horrible place to send your loved ones!! I would not send anybody there if i had the choice. They need better nursing staff. (Jasper AL facility)
