    My mother in law is at Premier. We asked them to keep a close watch on her Friday 7-8-16 because she was not feeling well. Saturday she was doing worse and we asked that she be put on an IV because she was dehydrated. They gave lots of excuses and said it would take time. My husband went up this morning to take her breakfast and she would not respond. They took her to the hospital. Her blood pressure was 40 over 20. Thanks premier for checking on her after we told you how bad she was feeling. I have to give 1 star for this to post but if it was possible I would give it a minus 10. This is the kind of care she received with us being up there 2 to 3 times a day everyday. Just think how the people who don't have anyone there most of the time get cared for.

    My uncle received horrible care from this facility. The Administrator never spoke to me about my concerns or problems, always the head nurse on duty or Supervisor and they always had an excuse about his care or the cna's caring for him .1 time I went to see him and his sheet was soiled where he had urinated in his diaper so many times until it started to come through , many times I visited him he would be soiled . I entrusted these people to take care of him because I could no longer do it alone, I was very disappointed, they fooled me like they cared and that they would take care of him he was in good hands . They would also give his clothes to somebody else, his name would be in his clothes so when they wash them he would get somebody else stuff not what he had.This isn't the right facility for your loved one.
