    It's a cluster. No meds for 8 hrs. Forget me for breakfast everyday. I'm on quarantine so i can't leave my room. I got breakfast 930 it was ICE COLD. I'm so disappointed.

    It has been a very long time since I have observed the kind of racial Prejudice that has been displayed at your facility from the top all the way to the bottom your staff has made it very difficult to find any kind of positive energy in your facility from the day that you started with the underhand that are less than professional tactics it has been amazing to watch I say this not because of myself I say this from an outside Observer who came to see your facility and was met with instant "my God is she from a foreign country is she from another planet "that was the kind of reception that she got and when she asked for a resident someone didn't even turn around and said they're upstairs what kind of place are you running. Your manipulation and telling of life is something that one would hope not to know that this is happening in America in this Century however it is happening and I would like for you to know that notes have been taken it's not the point that anybody is oblivious and don't know what to do yes people do know how to deal with a racial bigot. Thank you La Loma Care Center for an exercise in racism 101 thank you very much it will go a long way
