Just moved my mother in. The staff and facilities are exceptional. We had a few difficulties wit the move and with getting organized and they were very sympathetic and helpful. They did all they could and in the end things worked themselves out. All the staff from management, through maintenance and housekeeping, to serving personnel and cleaners have been wonderful. We would highly recommend this facility. ps, my dog likes it here to. Lots of friends for him here and nice grounds to walk in.

I love it here. Have lived here for 12 years and have found my experience to be exactly as advertised. Excellent accommodations with meals and care center all under the same roof. No need to get in the car to go visit friends when they are ill and it is 110 outdoors. My family loves to come visit and they know all my needs are met here. Transportation for trips to stores, doctors, or entertainment provided at no cost anywhere within 10 miles. In addition, it's the friendliest place you will ever find!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
