PRIVATE ROOMS!! When you have a loved one in the hosptial that needs to go to a skilled nursing facility, this is the place to go! They really get to know their patients and meet their needs. It is a great environment for healing. Also, being so close to the hospital is very reassuring. If I could I would give this more than 5/5.

In the beginning I really considered this facility to be the best place for my grandmother, only go be deceived. I was fooled to think the administrator and his staff truly care about their patients. Shame on them for not attending to my grandmother and to the many others I noticed go ignored. The lousy food, which I ordered one day was served cold and sloppy, you could get better food than this at a homeless shelter. Constantly having to wait on have someone care for my grandma was ridiculous knowing she was constantly in pain and the attitudes of many nurses was frowned upon. I recommend that everyone does there research before ever setting foot in this disgrace. I would give this place a zero out of 5 star if I could

Outstanding nursing care. The Executive Director is a Nurse so he actually knows how to care for patients. I toured them all, this is the nicest in the area with the best care and customer service. Mom is home and healthy now!

The staff is very carying and kind to those within the facility. The area is clean and it seems like there is full time staff always cleaning. I noticed the cleaning gal was working hard in each room while also engaged with others in a positive way. Great job!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
