    My Mom went to Life Care following her hip replacement surgery, she arrived the night of 09/13/17, and was there until 09/29/17, I would like to thank everyone for taking good care of my Mom, and for also looking out for me. I don't remember everyone's name, but will mention a few I do remember. Devon, thank you so much for always offering me a cup of coffee and a blessing, you can't possibly know how much your kindness meant to me, thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Miguel, Natacha, Nicole, Courtney, Imma, Martha(physical therapist) Rachel (case worker), thank you all so much for your hard work, thank you everyone for pulling out your knowledge of Spanish and Italian, large or small, in an effort to communicate with my Mom who speaks mainly Portuguese , your realization that there were a lot of similarities between the 3 languages, your willingness to go the extra mile did a lot to helped my Mom fell more comfortable . Miguel, seeing you come in to work with a song in your heart did a lot to lift my Mom's and my own spirits, as I am sure the spirits of other family members and residents, keep doing what you do!! God bless you all!!

    Highly recommend this facility. This was my mom's 2nd time in a rehab within 2 weeks, caused in part by negligent medical attention at the first rehab. ALL the people at this facility are amazing. Admissions (Ginny / Avery), Case worker (Tat), nurses, nurse aids, Medical Director.. the list is endless. Mom even wrote up thank you cards and appreciation notes on the employees.

    This is the second time my father has been at the Life Care Center of Scottsdale. Last's year visit went ok not perfect but ok. This year's has been ok as well with the exception of same complaints from last year that he was delivered cold food and that the food is not very good. Staff seems very nice and caring with the exception of one CNA/aide that works weekends. She was very rude and disrespectful to my father again same complaints from last year which I am surprised she is still employed there. Each time I complained to the manager about this CNA the manager knew who I was talking about without even giving a name. A person like this should not be in health care especially taking care of the elderly. They deserve much better. I do agree with the lady who posted that the staff hangs out in the hallways and can be loud. Other than the rude CNA my father had good reports for the other members of the staff.

    I wouldn't send a rat to this place. My late mother was there 2 days in excruciating pain and had to spit up blood before they took it serious and sent her back to the ER. Incompitent, uncaring assholes.
