This place sucks I use to work there and i used to fight for my patients when no one else would. An still didn't get the help I needed it was like these people aka I mean so called employees and HR were always trying to shut me up! Please everyone don't take your loved ones there they are horrible to elderly parents. My heart asks for them. I did everything I could to make it a better place but I couldn't, but I could now by telling you the truth they should shut this place down. I quit working there and now I'm working at a hospital and have been for five years and it's amazing and learning more and more everyday and going Above and beyond and now people are listening to what I have to say to make a difference and better place for my Patients. God bless anyone who hears me and listens and watch over the people living there. These people need to be reported....

As a temporary intern I feel the staff here really cares for their residents and they try their best to meet or exceed expectations.

Before you go near this place look for a relationship with Baptist Retirement Centers/Baptist Foundation. Lets you know what kind of people you're dealing with.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
