    This is my fathers second time in this facility and I must say it has improved tremendously. I was told it's under new management and I can totally tell the difference in care. The staff is more caring and attentive than 3 years ago. Everyone is very nice. I will definitely recommend this facility despite their precious reputation

    Big thank you to Maria in admissions, Jessica and Andrea. I was in need of a nursing home because I couldn't take care of my father anymore. I called anaheim terrace and Maria was so helpful; whereas, other nursing homes shut me down right away. She listened to my concerns and was able to bring my father to the facility. Any questions or concerns she's a phone call or text away. Whenever I call on the weekends Jessica and Andrea are very helpful. I'm pleased my father is in a place where people care.

    This is a terrible place. I'm currently here finishing my IV treatment. I'm much healthier then the average patient. What I witness on a daily basis is nurses and staff ignoring patients especially those who are very incompetent. Family members of patients here need to be on the staff to make sure their loved ones are getting minimum treatment. I don't sleep at night because patients are yelling and crying and calling for help and being ignored. It's very sad to see our elderly and sick being treated this way.

    Horrible place, it is the worst. Bunch of lazy lying careless heartless disgusting staff. No mercy, no respect, no consideration. Recently, my relative was admitted there. Now my relative is in intensive care in the hospital, due to negligence. Do you dare request anything from staff, or complain! You will get the longest coldest emotionless expressionless look on a stone like face. I can not believe how this dungeon is still open for business. What happened to Caring, the one thing their business is all about, they don't have it.
