    My mom is there while in rehab from back surgery . Like any other places where you are at someone else care, you have to advocate for yourself, my mom is aware enough that she's always asking for her needs to be met ,,the place is clean, smells good, food is okay. Nice staff but, like I said be alert an advocate, ask questions all the time, make sure the staff knows that you are always watching. Let them know you care for your love one.

    I was just informed from my brother, who is there to rehab from a recent surgery and this place is HORRIBLE! He has wet himself twice already because the staff will not respond to his calls. They are ignoring him completely. We are getting attorneys involved to get him moved from this place. Unfortunately, he is there because of his insurance company felt this was the best place for him. If yo have loved ones there that are not able to communicate truly what is going on, I would make sure to make as many surprise visits as possible. Get your family out of there!

    Maria Alverez is an angel, as is Christine and her aunt. Darryl, Dollar and Andy are very helpful as well. They have huge hearts and care for people who poop their pants. This is tough work and I believe they are amazing people. Keep up the outstanding work, you have hearts of gold! I do believe administration should work on making the phone system better, when I call to my mothers room the phone magically disconnects or I have to call ten times in a row before the phone is answered. Getting people to call back or email back is difficult as well. Thank you Buena Vista for caring for people, you are a blessing to humanity.

    Loved the staff! Loved the food! And the rehab is great! Its almost like a fancy hotel and a hospital had a baby. It's the perfect mix of hospitality and healthcare.
