    The staff here is amazing and team oriented. The numerous staff/teams - administrative, business, kitchen, activities, physical therapy, nursing ect are friendly, helpful, understanding and accommodating. You have only to ask and they will do all they can to meet the needs of the patient. They go out of their way for the patient and family members.     Terrible place. The physical therapist and speech therapist were good and some of the nurses were sweet, but this place was laughable when it came to other aspects of care, such as taking my grandma to the bathroom, for example. There was so much incompetence, it was infuriating.

    The nurses and lvn at this facility are great. However the head nurse Ms. Ludi Budy is rude and a shame to be the director of the nursing staff. I was visiting my grandmother who was taken to this place for recovery and in one of my visits i passed by in a room and she was yelling at the patient and her nurse. I dont think that was right so i had spoken to my family about taking our grandma away from Ms. Budy's facility. The administration should go and take the care and respect of their patients and staff seriously. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Nursing board regarding this matter. Beware of the nursing director.

    Coventry Court is a five-star organization in every sense of the word. The building is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the rehab is top notch. I have been especially impressed by the administrator, because I felt like he really cared about his patients and put their concerns above anything else.
