    The administrative personal is like a high school who's who were cool are you the admissions gal kara is the sweetest person until your back is turned then she spews lies about patients like myself. WARNING Kara what you're saying about me to others is Liable. You have the right to deny anyone you wish. But when you lie about me to others you'll find a lawsuit personally at your door along with the owners of the facility that most likely don't know you talk about patients in a derogatory manor. I have witnesses I have to back me up along with former and current employees

    Best facility I have ever been to smell is great "that alone means a lot " the supplies that Evergreen uses for their Residents are more that Exceptional quality. They treat their Residents like family should and provide professional care as a facility should. My number one choice for Post Acute Care or Even Employment. To all that keep Evergreen so Green God bless !!

    Do not send your loved ones here unless you want them to die! Horrible facility; discriminates, favors certain patients over others. Nurses make up lies about patients so as to deny them care; will say that patients are "verbally abusive" or "refuse therapy" so that they can get off the hook. One nurse climbed into bed with a mentally challenged patient and flirted with him, brought another person in with her that did not even work there! Another one told the other nurses that a patient was "full of BS" whenever he asked for help. She is probably head nurse by now. I hope this place shuts down, because the only "care" they provide is for their pockets.

    I have placed my mother here for 5 days 4 out of the 5 days I'm fighting with the staff about poor care to my mother. As an X CNA I am highly disappointed at the verbal treatment by their physical therapist there. I'm disappointed with the facility overall. I have set to have appointments twice and twice they have been cancelled they don't seem to want our business. My next step is to contact local ombudsman.
