    The staff here are so irresponsible. Im an EMT and we pick up patients out of here several times. They will try to send patients that needs intense monitoring with BLS unit. And this nurse gave me a totally wrong information as they hurried us oit of the door. On top of that the staff were rude and indifferent. Irresponsible staff!! Do not send your loved one here to be neglected!

    Can't say enough good things about El Encanto. My sister has been here for 7 months and loves it. She is really into Christmas and El Encanto had beautiful decorations everywhere. They even had a Santa bring each resident a present. They also participated in decorated the tree. This is the ONLY place my sister has been happy with, so I gladly make the longer drive to visit her. It is so worth it to see her happy.

    My grandma was admitted to this facility recently for temporary treatments. During her stay, she constantly complained because the staffs were always not there when needed. She would be pressing the "attention button" all night long and no one would show up to help her to the restroom. She had a broken hip and couldn't get up herself. And so by morning, it takes forever for the staffs to attend to her and clean her up. Many times, she would request helps from non-nursing staffs, hoping they would notify nurses of her needs, but these staffs would ignore her requests, pretending they did not see or hear her. How can they do that to patients and elderly in needs? I do not see professionalism at this facility and I do not believe it is able to provide the care and attentions needed. Avoid at any costs!!
