    My brother was admitted to Eldorado Skilled Nursing for tracheostomy care and rehab after suffering a hemorrhagic stroke back in June of 2017. The nurses, aids, social workers and respiratory therapists were all excellent, and the Supervisor Gloria was wonderful and was a great advocate for my brother. My brother is now doing much better and has since been transferred to a VA facility for ongoing aggressive rehab. I do not think this would have been possible if not for the great care received at the Eldorado care center. Being an RN myself in the Emergency Dept., I tend to scrutinize more then most. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility if you or a love one needed short or long term care. Thank you again Eldorado for the great care you gave my brother Harold/Harry during his stroke journey to recovery!

    I have a loved one in this place as of last night. He was transferred from Grossmont Hosp with only 2 beds open they could NOT find him when I called this morning. I have called 3 times and been HUNG UP on 3 times without getting to talk to him. When I visit him...rest assured I will update this Review. Due to the circumstances of His transfer there is nothing I can do to change where he is, as someone else is in charge of his medical care. I was told moments ago by a friend that his good friend went there 3 weeks ago on the mend and doing better with Cancer. The sheer LACK of Proper Care, that His friend was Dead in one week at the age of 36 years old. So that man died 2 weeks ago, about the beginning of March 2017. RIP. I will update this when I personally visit Eldorado Care Center.

    This place saved my life and I am grateful to the nurses and staff the concern for each patients comfort is one of the many aspects the nurses and staff bring with them when coming to work. A difficult job to attend to patients bed ridden unable to go to the toilet or wash; the compassion they have for all the patients is obvious my recovery to a healthy person is because of the care I received at ELDORADO CARE CENTER.

    This is a terrible facility and please don't send your family members. My father was there for about two months and was left unattended for several hours. The facility has many patients and only a few staff members (50:1). The employees don't mind telling on each other. My father has since moved and they sent him to the new facility with many bed sores. Because my father is diabetic it will take time for the sores to heal.

    My father is in care here and I'd like to thank all the nurses and CNAs for the wonderful care they provide. They are attentive, kind and caring. It's a difficult time for my dad and family in regards to his terminal cancer. Special thanks to the staff getting him in and out of his bed and into his wheelchair to visit family. Special thanks to , cute Hispanic gal who speaks loving and kind to Mr.P, Ruth and for Sergio and all the nurses involved with his stay there including the receptionist in assisting us.
