    The staff here was extremely friendly and courteous. The interactions I witnessed while I Visited were extremely nice. The only reason I can not rate them any higher is for the facility it's self. The place definitely needs a renovation and the smell is a bit much. Once again the staff was great. I have been to several other facilities and they control the smell and the facilities are much nicer and cleaner.

    From day 1 from his admission to this writing, my father constantly praise ALL Staff member especially the Administrator for all their coordinated efforts for my Dad's transition from home to facility. FOR EVERYBODY AT GREENFIELD CARE CENTER WE GIVE YOU AN A+++!!!!

    Sucks, sucks, sucks. When my dad was admitted he could not talk, walk, or push a help button. Turned out to be ok about the help button because IT DID NOT WORK. FOR A LONG TIME UNTIL I insisted they fix it. Meanwhile my dad was left totally alone, the assigned nurse never checked on him. In fact, she never removed her ass from the front desk. For hours. Eight hours. While my dad was in pain. I finally got her into my dad's room, she took one look and announced that he needed to be repositioned. I said "he is in pain ". She said he needs to be repositioned in the bed. Four hours layer he was in the emergency room for catheter neglect.
