    My mom received excellent care at this facility. The people are attentive, kind and caring. It is an older facility and while it may not be as attractive as newer facilities, to us it is the quality of care that matters the most. You will not be disappointed with this excellent staff from the director of nurses to the housekeeping staff. The CNA's were a delight. My mom's injury prior to the admission and her discharge plan was stressful for me and the staff patiently worked with me to accommodate in every way possible. Great job, Folsom Care Center!

    I was there for a little over a month. This place is awesome. The nurses the therapist and the occupational therapy was great the place was very clean. The food was good. I made lots of friends there. Think you for having me at a time when I was in need of help.

    I went there to visit a patient and was impressed with the staff and care. However, the place needs a good cleaning. The floors along the walls and in the corners are filthy. They also need to paint. This is a good facility but needs work! Where are the owners or Administrator?
