Sunnyside review from "hisbeautifulqueen". You talk about the administration and giving names, which for one is unappropriated for a review in general and guess what they know who you are and can file defamation charges against you. You are so interested in the maintenance manager sleeping around and posting about it that seems to be a personal issue on your part. How do you know if he is sleeping around or is it your hateful laundry co-worker gossiping as she always does about other staff. People like you and her is why Sunnyside has a large turn over in employees. Always complaining about other staff not working or doing their jobs, dont worry about them do your dam job. Union Reps there are a joke they are only worried about themselves, there is NO support for other staff who pay union dues on every paychecks. Yes the patients are great and some I feel so sorry for because of CNA's like you who dont have no compassion or understanding for their needs. Administration tries to do what they can in running this hospital with lazy staff who are always calling in or leaving early and who are always hiding in residents rooms watching TV and on their cellphones, they should ban all cellphones from entering the facility maybe there would be better care of the residents if NO cellphones were allowed in the buildings. If this place was so bad to work for, why is it that the staff still go to work including you, even when Sunnyside was having trouble paying paychecks on time you still were there so call working. You talk about the "Owner" being rude, and your not rude for posting a negative review on Sunnyside a place where you still pick up a paycheck from. Administration tries to work on improving the environment for residents and staff, but like always there are some who cant handle positive changes and start creating negative issues. If you are so unhappy with Sunnyside find other JOB!

The patients are great. The administration Patricia, Glenn ,Laticia , willie the maintenance manager. Sleeps around with. Ladys on the job ,if you're screwing him. You don't half to do anything he was kissing his housekeeper in the storage closet but is married they are very rude to there staff and don't appreciate great hard workers. And as well nobody has. A full job description in their minds. Cause the janitorial and housekeeping is confused.they expect the CNA 'S TO DO ALL THERE WORK IN THEY JUST PICK UP TRASH BAGS ALL DAY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE. CONDEMNED PEST AND RODENT INFESTATION And a cheap azz owner that tries to cut. All corners instead of doing the right things for the residents it's sad. Sad. Run from this place. They're scammers. And. U won't get. Far here. It's a Shyt hole and always. I mean always. Short. Due to the owner. Being rude and. Thinking she can do anything to people nope nope doesn't work that way u truly need to have a passion in this field of work. And to them CNA'S are nothing. Cause they let. Everyone throw their jobs on the CNA'S. But as well. Without CNA'S there would be no. Client's cause ther're . the ones that keep the place running. And are very very unappreciated its like they say ok. Don't worry will let the slaves do the work. And Will reap all the. Benefits???????

Awesome place they took great care of my father in law, the staff was great. My father in law had been in a couple of homes before and he was not happy, his needs were not being met. Once he was moved to Sunnyside you can see the difference in care he received.. Thank you Sunnyside!?

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
