    My mother in law is a patient at Greenfield . I would like to thank all the staff for the great care she is receiving. They are all hard working, compassionate and caring. I have been to other facilities but Grenfield is the best. The place is very clean and well maintained. They have a lot of Korean speaking employees which help a lot. We are very lucky that we found this place to care for my mother in law. Special thanks to Sara for all the help you give us. You work very hard .

    Horrible place for seniors! Dirty, smelly, uncaring, slow to respond if any... unsafe for any patients. Patients were shouting for help but only Spanish speaking aides came reluctantly after a long time which is for almost 100% Korean Americans. Rude and disrespectful to the helpless patients. Felt like crying. Saw a dead patient being carried out to the front entrance this morning. No one is at the front office to check in visitors or strangers. Pulled my mom who cannot move after a night. No one helped her during the night when she needed them and she was crying helplessly. Terrible staff and facility.

    I wish I had checked online and seen all of the citations it has received from the state for substandard care before we went there and I could have avoided it. This is not a good place.

    this place use to be called sunny hills nursing home.we put my dad in there in 95 within two years he was rushed to the hospital for septic shock three times.the fourth time he died.a grief counseler convinced my sister not to have an autopsy.as the st.jude staff was preparing to remove my dad she removed the catheter out poured well think about it.long story short the catheter was not properly used and his bladder could not drain.this nursing home has poorly trained staff and look out they will help your family member die.
