    Wife there almost 6 weeks and after more surgery our family chose to return again. Clean, professional and caring. We never expected a SNF to be so caring. THANK YOU to all the cnas, nurses, case manager, social worker and management. Keep up the same standards you now hold to.

    Worst place ever! My grandma was put here for rehabilitation and I would never want her to come here again. Horrible food! Smells disgusting! And the staff is horrible! I will be reporting them! Many occasions were the nurses would steal my grandmas fruit, (I would take her cut up fruit once and a while) and they would eat it. Also on the last day my grandma had her clip stolen from one of the nurses while out on her walk and never returned. One of the nurses was trying to physically force my grandma to take 12 pills at one time! Complained and felt like Tere didn't even care. Also on two different occasions saw the nurses treating my grandmas roommates pretty horrible not tending to the poor ladies who were in pain or thirsty, Said they didn't care because they were practically dying. Food- told them many times my grandma doesn't drink milk and every time the meals came milk would be on her try. Food was extremely dry and dishes seemed dirty. Staff- one nurse didn't even wanna help my grandma out of bed to use the restroom, instead told her to just pee the bed and she would change it later. Many ladies in Spanish gossiped and talk badly about other patients. The Asian lady who took the paper work could hardly speak English. One of the nurses who came to ask my grandma would yell the questions out thinking she was deaf but my grandma has excellent hearing... when placing a complaint, it seemed to not be a concern to Tere. Please choose any other location! I read the reviews before my grandma was placed here but didn't have a choice since my grandmas doctor could only come to this one.. worst place ever!

    Employees are awesome. OCD type clean with bleach daily. Student nurses highlights of my day. FML being hear sound mind and fully capable of getting better. Oh well its better than most jails or state prisons.

    Our mom was there for over 30 days the place was so clean always. The staff is more like family and mom loved each and everyone of them.No matter what time of the day or night call lights were answered very fast. Mom was in 9b. Everyone there was great. Mom loved her time there.

    Horrible friend was there for therapy. The basically kicked him out after a week. He wasn't ready should have gone back to hospital. Was taken by 911 two days later.
