if i were able to score it under a one star i would!!! this place is awful if you care anything about your loved one you would not allow them to go to this facility!!!! unfortunately i have learned the hard way the hospital had my family member sent here and it was a big MISTAKE!!! the staff does the bare minimum and unless you ask for something to be done they WILL not do it themselves. the facility is ran down entirely too many patients there are 4 people to a room. place is ran very poorly and the staff acts as if its a problem when you ask them for assistance or they give you the runaround. oh did I mention the facility is gross smells like urine and very run down... if you have visited a county hospital its WORSE!

my mom has been there for almost 2 years now .and they treat her as though every day is her first day of arrival.. They always talk to her in normal tones and don't treat her like a baby..My mom is 65 and suffers an enormous amount of disabilities. I've been sick and hospitalized for 2months and not once did I worry about my mom. And no matter what time you visit it always smells fresh and sanitized. In 2 years I've never had a bad encounter with this home. The best part is the administrative staff is just as friendly and welcoming as the nursing staff and they know you by first name.....

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
