    Initially impressed, but as i kept coming back I noticed more details. There are nice staff, but plenty of rude and aggressive ones to, lookout for one who's name tag reads Yang, he'd yell and yank around some of the patients there. He saw me and tried to play it off, but I saw enough. I wanted to report it but anyone I talked to didnt really take me seriously. Most patients there have dementia and can't speak that much anymore, they cant defend themselves. It feels hopeless and i wish something would change

    Staff is great. Dr's are not. Appointments are never kept. Either they don't show up or are hours late for scheduled appointments.

    I'm surprised that this facility has received such low stars. My father was transferred to this facility about a month ago. They have taken such good care of him. I have no complaints what so ever. Every time I visit, it is clean and smells nice. The patients look clean and my dad is always clean and looks happy. I've worked with the Social Worker, Cindy from admission to discharge and she is an outstanding employee. She is friendly, informative and accommodating. If I could get my father into this facility long term I'd jump at the chance. My dad's food always looks and smells delicious. The Nurses don't say much but I'd imagine they are busy, but if you ask them questions, they will assist you. I've had a very positive experience with this facility and, more importantly, my elderly father had a good experience. Thank you Casitas Care Center!
