    Last week I admitted my Aunt to this facility. I am an RN and have worked in the skilled nursing arena for 32 years. I was impressed with all the staff. They are friendly, kind, gentle, and caring. The facility is very clean and the food tasted delicious. The staff were willing to change out items for us if my Aunt decided she wanted something else to eat or drink. I know that it takes direction and support from the top administration to the nursing staff, laundry, dietary, activity staff, maintenance and housekeeping to be a 5 Star facility and it is evident. The dining rooms have linen tablecloths and look like a restaurant. There is seldom a smell in the facility. Prior to admitting my Aunt I took myself on a tour to check how the residents looked and felt. The residents themselves told me how kind the staff are and that they take good care of them. I highly recommend placing your loved one at this facility.

    My family member has been a patient for 4 months. I am there 5 days a week. Everyone from the administration , nursing, cna, rehab, kitchen, and even Landry. Have been very professional and caring. The facility is very clean. I have been in many facilities during my 25 yrs of work. I would highly recommend this facility for your family.

    Awful, understaffed, unprofessional and neglectful. My mother got an infection, fever, developed sepsis and had to be transferred to a hospital after only two days in their care. When they felt like she might become a nuisance they tried to get her to sign away her rights while she was under the influence of what seemed like a freely flowing supply of oxycontin. Just another shady place of practice that should be investigated and exposed, in my opinion, though I'm sure there are quite a few..

    My friend is currently a patient in this facility. she is young with a terminal disease. She reports that she is getting excellent care and the staff treats her with kindness and respect.
