Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. The doctor was completely rude. they didn't even check on all my symptoms but one. Was given some medicine and was told it would clear up all my symptoms. Here I am 2 days later even worse than when I went in. WASTE OF TIME.

The ED has come a LONG way over the last year. Their staff is usually doing their best but it's understandable working in and ED can be freakin' draining. Dated but clean rooms. I heard they're building a new hospital in the next 5years and know it'll improve the community. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely the worst hospital. Don't waste your time going there they. They take absolutely forever to call you in and their staff is horrible. My mom isn't fluent in Spanish and she went by herself and a while male nurse told her "you do know we're in California right". That is so disgusting and pathetic. You should not be saying that to a Mexican or any patient. Then once my mom told him in English that she knew he started talking to her somewhat in Spanish. DONT GO GO THIS HOSPITAL

Overall Ratings of California Nursing Homes
Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years
Compare The Number of Problems
Types of Problems at Nursing Homes
Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.
Residents Affected | |||
Severity of the Deficiency | Few | Some | Many |
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety | J | K | L |
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy | G | H | I |
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy | D | E | F |
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm | A | B | C |
