    My mom was well cared for part of the time then they moved her to another area where the nurses and other care takers didn't care. She died of a UTI and with bedsores. I hope all the people who ignored her will have the same experience when it's their time. I miss my mom and wish I could have lived near her so I could oversee her care better. Oh and one of the 5 star reviews also reviewed a bunch of McDonalds, yeah I say that is a fake reviewer.

    The staff there are rude, the place was dirty i leaned against the counter and got hair all over me, they gave a guy a squikey toy and was talking to him like he was a dog, there's very little if any interactions between the workers a d residents, and it smells like death.... So for anyone with family in this place I'd advise you to transfer, those poor people are starving there, and let me say this I got fed better in prison. We have a no shave,AND THEY SHAVED HIM....AND LOST HIS CLOTHES HE ONLY HAS 1 PAIR NOW.

    My Dad is a resident here has been since March 2015. They started out by loosing his chlothes and blankets my family and I buy and bring for him we write his name on all as well we write it on a form that they ask that is put in his file to supposedly they keep track of. They have also lost his special made shoes that he has to wear on his feet due to diabetes. Nobody in that facility can find them or they pass it off to whoever is not in at the time to shut me and my family up. They want there payment though. Last weekend my Aunt picked my Dad up for church and his wheelchair and wheelchair pad was soaked with urine. So when they changed him and dressed him they just put him right back on a urine soaked wheelchair . If I was not homeless myself and had somewhere to take my him I would. Social services and the manager or owner of the place are a joke and will sell you a dream. He has a roof over his head and food to eat as well as the medications to keep him alive.
