    This place is very negligent. My grandmother came here for Antibiotic therapy and they didn't look at her meds from the hospital to transfer them over. Her BP was high the whole time she was there and they didn't do anything. Due to there neglect with her 3 medications she wasn't getting she is now in the hospital fighting for her life. Most of the CNA'S treated her so badly. They even took her phone from her so she couldn't call the front desk or call her family to complain. It hurts when your family member tells you that they feel like a dog locked in a kennel in this place. They definitely need some investigation done on them. HIPPA VIOLATIONS ALL OVER THAT PLACE! I'm definitely reporting them to stand up for my grandmother. Definitely research before you send your love ones to any of theses homes.

    They never answer the phones in the evening, and my poor grandmother who is there needs to talk to me before she goes to bed. I have to shower her daily since they only shower her twice a week. Once on my way out I told a black male nurse in the evening a huge water bug was about to crawI into a patients room. He came to look and laughed and walked away. He kept talking to the nurse and didn't pay it any attention, as if that were the Brier mascot. I can't wait to get my grandmother out of this place. With the exception of two nurses and two cnas this place is a joke. Thank you Brier, you have have opened my eyes on where I don't want to go or take my family every again.

    One of the worse homes I have been in. When my mom arrived, her bed was broken, nurse calls were unanswered and the place smelled like a sewer. The worse part was the parking! Small parking lot with a valet attendent who argues with you when you stay longer than an hour.

    been here over a year. Tonight the Kitchen says they don't have BREAD to give us. No choice of foods at all. but. a sandwhitc. Tuna. Egg salad, ham,&cheese !! all Bad!! Smokers get all the best spots. outside {a Joke} NO place to sit in the sun. They run out of Milk all the time. same thing. Yourget. cottage chees, O.J., EVER WEEKEND..!! Run out of reg stuff. Run out of Drugs. 3 times in one month... I had better food in Jail. I paid my time. over 35 years ago.. Drs never come by. They sent me to dr office then would,nt see me. The CNA. staff are great. in all fairness . To Them.. The place is getting new blood. new owner !!! I hope changes . I will feel the Pain over this. I am sure. No Smoking in ANY HOSPILats..... sorry my bad spelling . stroke ..
