    The Activities Director/Administrator "Mary Carpenter" Was extremely rude when I called and inquired about doing volunteer work for the facility. Hung up on me. Never been to the facility but I feel bad for anyone who has to work within the same facility as her.

    THIS PLACE DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR !!!! WORSE PLACE EVER! NURSES ARE RUDE WITH AN ATTITUDE , DONT EVEN RESPOND TO YOU RIGHT AWAY WHEN YOUR PRESSING THE RED BUTTON TAKES THEM 20 to 30mins TO COME! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYBODY TO PUT THEIR LOVE ONES IN ?

    Mom needed restroom asistance all night hit the red nurse button tons of times no one helped her she had to clean herself when she should be recovering from surgery they share bed pans between patients these are supposed to be disposable???!?!?!? It makes me sad how little they doo for these people. Patients yelling help me all night ????

    This place is one of the worst places ive experienced since my grandfather has had to be in these types of hospitals or homes...he was always being admitted to the hospital to fix his G-tube because it kept coming out n my grandfather cant even move so i knew it was them being neglectful...nd just this passed wk he was admitted again this time for pneumonia nd they didnt even know we had to tell them he was acting different during a visit n now they dicovered he had water in his lungs a blod clot in his neck nd he might have brain damage...a complaint has been filed n they are investigating this place...the other day the dr. asked us if we were consitering letting my grandfather go...all because this place was neglecting him....ive been to this place visiting my family nd it has always smelled very bad of urine nd feces...he has never been shaven nails were never cut..my grandpa cant speek very good or clear maybe this is why they did this...ill never in my life tell anyone to take there loved ones here....n this is coming frm a CNA of 4 yrs now ive always tried to get my grandpa to where i work but i never got the chance...
