    1st IMPRESSION NASTY LOUD, OUT DATED AND 3 PATIENT'S TO A ROOM. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE HOSPITAL FOR SENDING MY GRANDMA WHO IS IN BAD SHAPE TO THIS NASTY PLACE AND NOT EQUIPPED FOR HER CONDITION PERIOD. I HAVE 1 REQUEST MY GRANDMA TO BE MOVED ASAP I WOULDN'T ALLOW MY DOG TO STAY HERE. I CAN SAY THE NURSE ASSISTANTS WERE VERY NICE, KIND AND UNDERSTANDING THE SUPERVISOR WAS LOST IN THE SAUCE. NURSES PLEASE CONTINUE TO BE NICE SWEET AND CARING WITH DOING YOUR JOB!!!! AWAY TO GO NURSE ASSISTANTS . I REALLY COMMEND THE LVN NURSES MRS. SHELIA AND MRS. BRENDA WHO WERE TAKEN CARE OF MY GRANDMA LORD I TRUST YOU FOR THE BLESSINGS THAT ARE POURING DOWN ON MY GRANDMA AND ALLOWING THIS CARING PEOPLE TO PROVIDE THE LOVE TO ASSIST THE PEOPLE NOW LOOKS THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING IS NICE BUT THE INSIDE TRULY NEED A MAKEOVER THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE A 1 STAR IF THIS IS GOING TO BE SOMEONE RESIDENTS TREAT GOD PEOPLE WITH LOVE AND RESPECT BUT THE STAFF I MET ARE 5 STARS TOTALLY I TRULY GRATEFUL FOR YOU LADIES

    I was impressed with the new administrator and the changes that have been made with the facility and the staff. Everyone is always pleasant the residents seem to enjoy themselves and the activities provided to them and lastly the place is kept clean. Maintenance and housekeeping is always on the floor of the facility.
