    This place is the most unprofessional place for anybody to be. My mom had knee surgery and she was placed there for care and therapy. This place is full of seriously ill and mostly mental patients. For the most part most of the staff there don't give damm about there patients. 3 weeks of hell with poor food super cold meals and always late. Yesterday my mom went for a walk and she came back to her room to find a naked man there with sheer clothes all over laid out on her bed. Superviser there didn't even give a sorry nothing NOTHING .......... what kind of place is this for loved ones I'm looking to take this to the next level to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else

    This place is really an embarrassment of personnel, and management never exist .I would never recommend no-one here for any care . Personnel seems to be out of knowledge and patients care, nobody seems to know anything about this place ,what can we expect from social worker don't even care about any patient they only cares about making out of patients.

    The staff here are very unprofessional and there is no standard of care. I think the Department of health should look into the concerns and issues of patients and families here. They even give away beds of patients on hold. Definitely thriving to fool the system, make money, violate health and state rules.

    This place is a dump. The staffing like any SNF are understaffed. My brother-n-law was admitted for RNA services but none was actually provided on a daily basis...it was more of, when they can get around to it. The LVNs in charge of his care, lack the knowledge of his care and they had a no care type attitude. Their social services are of no help. Upon admission they were suppose to start his process of transferring to a facility that would accept his insurance for physical therapy... instead they let him lay in his bed for the 25 days that he was covered in their facility (to get paid of course) and now expect him to be discharged home without any materials to aide in his care. Now he's a newly onset CVA patient that REQUIRES physical therapy that NONE was even provided, yet they expect him to be able to go home? If anyone recommends this place to you for therapy for your family member...I would recommend that you refuse!!! I would give it a -10...but my only choice allowed is 1 star. Also, they have contact isolation patients in the same room as other patients that are not infected and the staff don't even gown up. Washing hands? I have not seen one staff member wash their hands before and after each patient. I should call the STATE on them for their lack of the basic nursing measures...smdh
