    My mother has been neglected since she has been here. She was left in her feces for extended periods. She has been there for 3 days, she has not been seen by a doctor for medical assessment. She has eaten very little she has been there. I am very displeased with the treatment of my mother, I will be contacting management and the Social department.

    The food is foul and they let the elderly scream and cry before they assist them. My grandmother was rushed to the emergency room because they ran out of her pain medication. She had severe withdrawals. What happened to her personal medication?

    THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DONT EVER BRING A LOVED ONE HERE THESE LADIES DONT KNOW ANYTHING AND THEY LEAVE THE PATIENTS FOR HOURS WITHOUT ANY ATTENTION,WE HAVE ARGUED AND ARGUED WITH STAFF MEMBERS AND THEY DO NOT FIX THE PROBLEMS NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER SEEMS TO KNOW ANYTHING INCLUDING THE "DIRECTOR" SHE CLAIMS TO BE! THEY HAVE NURSES LOSING MEDICINES AND LEAVING PATIENTS IN PAIN! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE REPORTED!!

    Social workers are very political and uncaring. In my experience they did not advocate for my father. I found Nicole in particular to be difficult and combative. For her it was more about being in power than helping the patient. The business office called me nonstop before his arrival but after that not only did they not return my calls or my sisters, they would not speak with me when I went to the facility. The director there seems to care but his administrative staff are difficult and uncaring.The Nurses and CNA's seemed good. The issue is more the lower level administration, they have too much authority for low level inexperienced staff. I had to contact the Ombudsman as a last resort. After that they stopped communicating with me altogether and started calling my sister who was not involved at the same level in my fathers care. In fact when I had asked for them to discharge him on Monday, the social worker said no and when I told her I was going to call the ombudsman she said, she had a great relationship with the ombudsman. Ten minutes later they called my sister and asked her to confirm pickup on Sunday. Since she was unaware that his senior living asked for his transfer to be on a week day, she agreed that I would be there to pick him up. During that call my sister let them know that I had call out to the social worker and had some questions. They did not let her know they had spoken with me ten minutes prior. Next they assigned him a pharmacy with out discussing it with me and prescribed him unnecessary medication that made it so he could not return to his assisted living apartment. Finally they did not fax over the prescription list until the end of the day on Friday which made it difficult to do anything about the error. Overall this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a health facility. The social worker has way too much power and zero professionalism. She is not working on behalf of the patients.
