    My husband was transferred her after spending over 30 days in two hospitals. There isn't enough good I can say about this place. The admin from Michelle to Arthur to many others and the nurses just don't come any better. You can be assured that if you choose this for a loved one, they will receive the very best care and attention. I cannot thank the staff enough. My husbands progress was faster than expected thanks to Cypress. Sending LOVE and THANKS to all of you

    My experience here at Cypress Ridge Care Center has been nothing but the best. The staff always follows protocol to ensure patients get the best care possible. We build relationships with our patients to make them feel at home and make sure they leave in the best possible condition .

    I have a chronic disease that requires me to take immunosuppressants. So getting sick is easier & being sick can aggravate my condition. This happened last month. A common cold ended up putting me into the ICU on a ventilator. Eventually I stabilized, but am not yet able to return home, requiring 24 hour care for now, so I was transferred from a hospital setting to Cypress Ridge, a Plum owned facility. My experience here has not been great. Too many of the staff don't change their gloves or wash their hands between patients. For someone who ended up on a breathing machine as a result of a common cold this is terrifying for me! I already get sick easier because I'm on immunosuppresants. I've also had several times where I've needed to use the bathroom, pressed my call light (as I can't move on my own again yet), but waited so long that I peed my bed. Then I had to continue to sit in urine waiting for staff. It is not the worst Skilled Nursing Facility I have been to, but it has quite a ways to go before I could recommend it to anyone.

    What a fantastic experience it was to have my father at this rehabilitation center. My family and I are very happy with how responsive all staff was and the great care given to my father during his stay. You can't go wrong with Cypress Ridge Care Center.

    I recently had a family member placed here after falling at home and going to the hospital. The whole program worked out great for him and we had him home quickly. I wanted to compliment their staff for being so helpful. Everyone was great and I would definitely recommend this place.
