    Unprofessional. My mother is in there I've brought her new clothes put her name on them every time I come to visit she's always have on old clothes, one of her roommates was screaming for help the light was on nobody helped her. As you can see I'm not the only person who doesn't like how the staff treats their patients.

    This place is TRASH!!!!! I would give this place 0 star but they're none so bad no other choice but to give 1 star!!!! This place is horrible they patients clothes gets lost!!! And they workers there have no knowledge in what they're doing they're all unprofessional!!! Even when the patient can walk to the bathroom no one there to assist it takes 30 minutes for a CNA to come to the room!! The big boos there is as unprofessional as the rest of the workers!!! The physical therapist I think her name is Debra or Debbie don't really care to know but she's very RUDEE she doesn't help anyone to get back to their own feet!!!! Anyways please please don't think about putting your parents in this facility because you're going to suffer!!!

    I don't have anything but good things to say. I was very skeptical by the reviews I read and very concerned. I was very pleasantly surprised. All the staff are very friendly and sweet and real caring. The group of therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. Nancy, Debbie, and Bow worked with my friend and he has amazing recovery. I love Nancy ( speech therapist) so sweet and caring and a good human being. Thanks so much for saving my friends life who was in critical condition when he came me.

    The first time we walked into this facility, we knew my dad had found a new home. When an aging, unwell parent is no longer independent and needs palliative care, it is probably the most stressful and traumatic experience for everyone involved. Through a team of Physical therapists, Social Workers and nurses, my father felt cared for and was able to have pain relief and a dignified quality of life. Verdugo Valley treated him with respect and compassion and we are forever grateful.

    At first I thought this was a very nice place. All I can say is they keep all your clothes when you leave! I have called twice trying to get clothes that was left there and Robert or Jessica will basically do nothing!! Some people that are in there are not in there right mind and this place just sends them off with whoever without contacting a family member! If I could give less than 1 star I would!
