    I was a resident here from Mar2016 til my discharge Sept2018. I am forever grateful for the care, support, compassion, & friendship I received in my stay here! I found the staff as a whole very professional and caring. Are there problems? Of course but they make an effort to address them. The therapy Dept were top notch in their knowledge and the way they handled the residents. I found it to be the right place at the right time for me, as I left as well as I can be physically and a better person with a positive outlook.

    Please keep you loved ones away. My grandma died after a short stay here from sepsis shock due to lack of care. She kept a journal and details staff abuse from neglecting her. It's horrifying and with me living out of state, I did not know how bad it really was...it was 2months and 2 weeks and she was gone. This could of been avoided had the staff changed diapers and took repositioning patients seriously.

    I was very pleased with the care my 88 year old father was given after my father fell and fractured his hip and broke his wrist. Everyone at Flagship from your Nurses to your PT's where very helpful and friendly always willing to.help when ever he needed someone.

    Flagship is a wonderful facility ! It's clean, good meals for the patients . The daily Operations are running very efficiently . The staff is outstanding ! Eveytime I visit my friend that is a patient there , I leaving knowing he is in great hands !! I am so happy with the care and attention he is giving on a daily basis . I would highly recommend Flagship

    I am giving this place a 5 star review solely based on Grace the Director of Admissions and Customer Care. She is an amazing asset to Flagship. I also have to compliment the day time nursing crew, including Debra the DON. My mother was overmedicated by the Doctors at Newport Bay Hospital. Sent to Flagship and could not even stand up and walk and was talking out of her head. I got her to the hospital right away the morning after admit and the day time nursing staff was wonderful and Debra and staff helped me get mom up and out to the hospital quickly and professionally. They were compassionate and understanding. Only negative was I left a bag of moms stuff or forgot to empty her top drawer and all of the items disappeared after that. Compression stockings and bras are not cheap items to replace. I was told nothing was left and they had found nothing, sadly items were left, never to be seen or found again. I do not like staff dishonesty. I will keep my 5 star review up, as I said Grace is gifted at her job and very caring, compassionate, and professional. The nursing staff and Debra the DON were all wonderful during the day.
