    My mother is in this facility. We have popped up there many times without them knowing we was coming and my mom was laying in bed diaper had not been changed we bought my mom several new clothes each time we go her clothes are missing and has been mixed in with other people clothes that stay there and we have a sign stating that family will wash clothes. The staff is very rude and is only there for a paycheck. I have threatened to call the state on there facility. Everytime i call to speak to my mom the staff will answer than have me on hold for 15 minutes acting like they cant find the phone. It is overall a horrible place to put your family.
