    I dont know what to really say except some days they good, so.e days they bad but most of the days they're great. This is one of those "To each his/her own" type of things. The staff is greatly nice to me and my family and they have taken great care of my grandmother. They keep me informed on her care. They call me to even check and see how Im doing. Yes there are a few concerns but who doesnt have them. You just have to check them oht for yourself and make your own choices. This is the second time my grandmother has been to this place and I personally feel like if they wouldnt have done a good job then I would have found somewhere else for her to go. So if you need somwhere to put your loved one for a short time thags close to you then Willow Tree is a good place. I would have given them 5 stars but I have a few personal compmaints and issues that were addressed and corrected but it took me having to say something inorder for it to get done. BUT THEN THAT...... THEY ARE GREAT AND LOVING AND EVERYONE THERE LOVES MY GRANNY AND TAKES GOOD CARE OF HER. I REALLY DO LIKE WILLOW TREE AND THE STAFF. XOXOX Denise Anthony Re: Mary Howard

    I've recently had a family member in this WONDERFUL LOVING facility, I was impressed with the management as well as the nursing assistants. My father was there for 100 days after suffering a stroke, he can walk again and they are so cheerful!!! Love this place, call and make an appointment to see them before you judge them!

    If you like love, or even like your relatives, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. According to the CA Dept of Health, there are more complaints about this facility than any other in Northern CA. I was here for 5 months in '09, when there were 8 deaths, none from pre existing conditions.
