    Came to this facility for recovery after a total knee replacement. I had never been in a facility like this, so am not sure I knew what to expect. What I found is that every single employee was very caring, friendly and helpful. I don't think it would be easy to find a facility that provides better care. This is one place that I would highly recommend if someone was in need.

    My sister was admitted on 11/12/16. So Far I have been very pleased with the facility and Staff. It is clean, and the staff is caring. I have interfaced with her charge nurse, a speech therapist, and a physical therapist. All of them have been very caring towards my sister. Skilled nursing is different than a nursing home...their goal is rehab. I am very happy with them

    This facility is ridiculous. Not only did my my dad fall out of his bed the first day he was there, they also did not properly report it and the 2nd shift had no idea what I was talking about. They only wash them twice a week so if you have someome who doesn't wipe well or wears a diaper, don't expect much. Plus the things they promised my father when he came home were not the truth and I did not receive home health. On top of that, they knew my dad was transitioning from cal optima to health insurance in the inland empire, and he has congestive heart failure, strokes and high blood. They were suppose to send over some prescriptions to the pharmacy by my house they never did. Than when I called to ask why they did not have an answer and said they never do that. Why would you ask for the pharmacy by my house and even have me look up the address and phone number if you were not going to send a prescription over. DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. DO YOUR RESEARCH. THEY FAILED THE STATE TEST. AND HAVE AN F ON THEIR BUILDING. The one good thing is they do have nice cna but its not worth it

    I was called in to come for interview by DON, chariots, for RN position. I got there 5 min early waited for 45 min than the front desk told me that she said she is with someone doesn't have time and if I want to come back in an hour. This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. If this is how they treat someone they call in for position i m woundering how they treat their patients

    Contacted admissions. No help at all. Very poor response. I would stay away from them just based on the cold indifference.
