    I visited my friend, he was highly sedated. He has said many times hes not in pain, so why would they then Medicate him. He was extremely thirsty an wanted a soda, i asked the attendant if he could have one, he said we dont have any here, i asked how about juice, he said we dont have that here either, all we have to give them is water. I'm shocked since juices are full of vitamins & commonly given in medical facilities , that they dont have any to give to their patient's. The patient in the bed next to him also appeared heavily sedated as well as patients sitting in wheelchairs in the hallways and patients in other rooms that i saw as i entered and exited. I'm not quite sure what type of care they really give. Friends that have visted him on other days have said the same thing in regards to the patients looking like they are in a zombied state, heavily sedated. Since we all went on different days and times, it appears our friend is kept that way round the clock .

    I was in Shoreline for 10 months there are some cna,s that are caring kind helpful the nurses are just pill pushers could care less about important things if your under another health care org when they go home at 5 pm if you ask or need something can't help you your under say vetox you will have to wait til they come back tomorrow what kind of b/s is that ? shoreline dosen't help anyone under another care giver they don't even help them when the care giver is there its as if they aren't there administrtion people are the wors't your just there for the money i seen it where pashents need something all they get is drugged with a sleeping pill so they don't have to listen to them theres more i could go on i just want some of this to be in the open nurses cna wear street clothes not uniforms you wouldn't know who they if you walked in not good my rating for shoreline is not even one star shore line needs new staff the employs run the place not the staff always texting on the phone people need help don't get it right away because people on there cell phones must be more important shore line should be looked into thank you

    worst place ever!!! We to see my grandmother and her lunch was sitting untouched and COLD. I had to ask for them to take it and bring her something warm to eat. I took them over an hr and still no food. They dont even try to feed the elderly that cant move. Makes no sense. Very unorganized and lots of people working but doing nothing!!

    This was the most horrifying experience ever. The place smelled like urine, the furniture is broken and the staff looked like the death squad. We seen feces on the floor that had been stepped on. My mother was taken there because her worthless case manager Kathy said she tried looking for a place and this was the only bed available. I demanded that my mother be returned to the hospital. The patients were not being attended to, do not leave your people there.. the staff was sitting around the nurses station watching tv, while the patients were hanging off of the beds. This place is a thumbs down does not even deserve a Star! Filthy
