    My grandmother had to go to Cypress Meadows Post Acute for Rehab after a hip replacement. Her therapy treatment was exceptional. The food was good and the staff really cared about her requests and needs. She and I would recommend the care and services for anyone looking for great short term rehabilitation or Long Term Care for themselves or a loved one.

    To bad they are gone. My Dad recently was a patient. I feel for the employees who really cared for their patients. A lot of them lost their jobs and homes in 1 day.?

    I originally posted a bad review because I went in on a day when the nurses were chatting instead of working and the residents were left in the halls all alone and were not being taken care of. I have visited a few more times and those visits were much improved. They just seem to have issues on weekends (I do hope that gets fixed). They did a wonderful Easter egg hunt for the kids and my dad was very happy to be able to spend part of Easter with them in that way. My dad really likes PT because they are so positive.

    My friend's in there short term. This place has Very nasty smells, 4 men to a small very hot smelly room. In 5 days they moved my friend 3 times. One of the rooms was him and one other man that room was nice, not to bad with the smells but they didn't keep him there only 2-nights now he's back in a small 4 person nasty smelly room. Moving him out of this place soon. Hopfuly the new place is better. I will know in a few days.

    I will say the physical therapy department is good. HOWEVER we just got a bill for my mother's rehab stay and she's got insurance and medi-care. When I called and demanded answers no one called me back. We sure didn't get this treatment at the other rehab facility when mom was there. Also the nurses and social services have NO CLUE what's going on with their patients Update! On wed july 26th we got yet another bill. I had called jacki in the business office and i faxed moms insurance cards to her and she confirmed thay she got them and that the matter would be resolved. This was back on june 6th. But once again we received a bill. Ive once AGAIN sent her copies of my moms insurance cards and a letter telling her i have financial power of attorney and that she will have to deal with me in this matter. This bill won't be paid PERIOD
