    It seemed clean and kept nice. The office staff have been very helpful. They take good care of my friend that now lives there.

    This place is horrible and they don't treat people well. Do not bring people here for help. Not Recommended. All the staff are stupid, rude, inadequate and do not care about the patients they get. I'm currently reporting the people here and this place altogether.

    Hurts to give this place one star but after the amount of negligence dealt with here I have no mercy. Went to visit my mother today and when I got here I learned that she had been sick and throwing up most of the day. Right before I left for home she began having fits of vomiting and spasms of pain. I went to go get some help and a nurse by the name of M. Gaussen told me she was the stand in for the main nurse at the nurses desk because she was on lunch. I asked her to attend to my mother and she gave me some bs about not covering that side of the building. So nobody is covering it? I asked her. She responded with an exhorbant amount of attitude saying that she only covers it for emergencies. I told her this was an emergency because my mother was in an extreme amount of pain to the point of having spasms. After receiving even more attitude from her and what seemed like her trying to brush me off, I began berating her for not doing her job and her poor attitude. At this point she was so flustered she went and interrupted the head nurses lunch instead of attending to my mother. The head nurse handled it immediately and professionally. She was the one redeeming factor in this whole poorly handled scenario. If you want your loved ones to receive the care they deserve, don't go here. This our last resort unfortunately and getting the right care here seems just as hard as pulling teeth. Nurse M. Gaussen I hope you get reprimanded for this. I will not forget it.

    My mother in law was there over a year ago when I went to say my good byes she had not passed yet but she was soaked with urine sheets diaper and all I told nursing staff they did nothing. about 10 minutes later she started gasping for air thats when I ran again for help they finally came to tend to her needless to say that after she passed they still did not clean her they left her just that way soild and sent her to the mourtuary that way I tuely feel that they could have cleaned her up before she passed I understand that its a hard job but come on what if that was there mother
