    Just what you would want for your loved ones. Excellent help, big staff, friendly, friendly people work there. And best of all it has no unpleasant odors. Everyone gets the care you need.

    The facility overall is problematic, although the LVN, RN, and a few of the older CNA's services are above average, it would rather be due to a lacking in basic HPPA knowlege. The average CNA has a deficiency in speaking, or understanding, basic english! Their inability/refusal to follow this basic HPPA rule is highly promoted and encouraged from facility directors on down through the rank and file. I, as a patient, find that the only professionalism possessed at this facility is from "Veronica" the social worker! They, as per their webpage, advertise WiFi as one of the amenities, which in my 52 day stay has yet to materialize. The food is not bad at all, however, as with their laundry services, is mired down in a lack of communication due to the encouragement and allowing of nonspeaking Hispanic workers to habitually and futilely try to communicate in spanish. The services of OT, PT and ST are provided from a professional contractor and conduct themselves, thank god, accordingly. So, if you have private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, shop around for a better rated SNF until this facility takes its webpage promotions and verbiage seriously.

    I give this place no stars. My mother was taken here after knee replacement surgery solely for physical therapy. The moment I walked in I could tell that this was not the place for her. My mother was wheeled to her bed by the EMT's and we walked right by the staff. No greeting, no instructions, nothing. About an hour later some girl (not a nurse) came around and explained that the supervisor (also not a nurse) would be in do a general check on my mother and change her dressing. I asked the girl when the physical therapy would start "I don't know" I asked what visiting hours were "I'm not sure". This place is a joke. My mom was not given her medicine in time when I asked the nurse about her eye drops which were supposed to be given to her in the morning she said you will have to ask the morning person that. What good is asking the next day?? At one point they told us that one of her stitches/staple had popped and that they would be giving her an antibiotic. It took about 4 hours if not longer and 3 people having to ask this " nurse" when she would be getting it. Each time her response came with an attitude. When she finally came with the pill she informed us that she had just gotten back from lunch and that is why it took so long. Then we came to find out that her stich had not popped at all. Well I could right a book about this place. My mom was supposed to be here for about ten days, we pulled her out after 3 and she is doing great. In short, if you love your family member do not bring them to this place. Our mistake was not checking it out before hand.

    Most of the nursing staff, in particular the evening and the early morning shifts, are haughty, rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and in a couple of incidences I've witnessed, purposely intimidating and/or negligent. Human beings, especially elderly and/or those with 'special needs', are the primary reason for the existence of "THE SKILLED NURSING FACILITY", so to see the willful disregard for humane interaction between staff and the patients that rely upon them is a show-off error and a heartbreaker. In particular, please investigate the behavior of the early morning "Supervisor"?, one Khrongboom "Eddie" Ocung, RN 11pm to 7 am from July 20th til July 5,2015.
