    Wonderful atmosphere when you walk into the building. Smiles and genuine care to help anyone who needed it. Everyone is like a big family. Lots of great advice and willing to do what ever they are capable to do from admissions, social services, nursing, therapy, environmental services, maintenance and dietary pretty much everyone at Copper Ridge. I was truly blessed to have been employed by Copper Ridge. The best of the best at Copper Ridge and its my first choice for any of my family members 100% no questions asked. Keep up the great care and support for all. Thank you all for the amazing work you do.

    I came from Utah and was visiting my aunt there from Utah, so I wasn't there very long and didn't see everything. While I was there, my aunt was sitting in a wheelchair in the hall, that just seems neglectful and weird to me. When she wanted to get back in her bed, I had to page the nurse for her, at her bed. It took forever for a nurse to come over, only to tell her they'd help her when they were done with another patient. About 20 minutes later, they were finally helping her.

    My wife was here for short term rehab after her stroke. I cannot think of one negative comment. This place is awesome. Great service. Great facilities. Great staff. Great food. And, day nurse Kathy is knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, sympathetic and empathetic. She is patient and eager to help you. She deserves a pay raise and at minimum a promotion. You would do well to use this facility.

    My grandma has been here about 7 years. The staff does a great job, my grandma is cared for, but parking is the worst. Parking is so minimal and rarely are there openings in their very small lot, and all surrounding establishments; banks and other offices that dont ever utilize their parking, threaten to tow you, for visiting your grandma. Its a big issue, if you can't park, visitations go down. Not beneficial to the people who have their loved ones there and always been my main complaint. Its frustrating.
