    I don't write reviews but I feel I have to. I'm doing this to help people in the future. If you don't have a choice and you have to be here, I understand. I wouldn't recommend this place for a healthy person. This is the most disgusting place on the planet. Rude employees, outdated, employees hanging out in hallway using foul language, they'll hang up on you if you have questions, employees smoking on their breaks. My mother went 3 days without a bath and sat on s bed pan for 30 minutes. The also placed her buzzer out of reach so she couldn't bother them. If you don't have a choice, I'm sorry but if you do, Run. Don't do this to your loved ones.

    Has to be the worst place to recover and rehab in The State of California. My Loved one was brought here with out my knowledge or permission. The quality of care and ethics are suspect at best. The facility is a facade-Beautiful on the Outside but a real cesspool inside. The environment is very depressing, so many in need and appears that nobody cares. My love one is in a room with 2 other people with a 1980's antenna television a wind up bed and no phone or no phone access, the patients roam the halls like inmates in a correctional facility looking for attention and answers. I have not seen any physical therapy, activities or anything rehabilitative for that matter. The doctor said he was sent there because he's the Clinical Director and he see's his patients daily- he hasn't seen my love one since admittance. Unless you don't love the person being sent here , don't do it! The county Jail would be more comforting and the food surely better. What really angers me is they have the audacity to have a working fountain out front of their beautiful building but bring the patients lukewarm water to drink. Why is The federal Ombudsman Poster on the floor, Behind a desk?????

    I went here was not sick just had my throat done was there 1 week found me past out they put me in a room with two sick lady's with phomonia. Now I'm sick im not going back .dont let your family go back or go there .horrible. Place should be shut down .????

    It feels like mental institution mixed with a county jail except that any body can walk in or out with no one at the front desk or at the front desk. My mother was admitted here and they never told she was there and when I got there it took forever to someone to help me and when I did get help from others they did not know where my mother was. When I finally got to my mother's room (she is 87 with dementia and can barely walk) I saw her walking out of her room dragging her iv behind her. The blankets are torn the show head prays water out the sides and is unususable. The remodeling looks like it has been going on for yeas. There is no finished flooring on the top floor and no sign of carpenters any time I have been there.

    My story, mother arrives staff is nice smiles and giggles. Let me tell you there short staffed graveyard and day shift they complain about being over worked. The real kicker my mother diaper was soak and wet ask the respiratory therapist to suction her twice his excuse the machine said she's ok 10 mins later she goes into cardiac arrest thank God she's still here. They make my promises about your love one don't believe it. Last but not bed sore was small now it 3 times the size didn't rotate her every two hours she will never go back there
