    My mother is in this facility and insist say, I am extremely happy with the staff. They they are respectful to my mother and anything I ask for is done right away. Before coming to this place my mom was in the hospital and she hated it. she cried everyday. when my mom got to cypress gardens everything about her changed. She is very happy and recovering well ?

    I wanted to take this opportunity to complement the TEAM at Cypress Gardens for providing my Mom's support in her recovery. When you look for a facility to care for a loved one it truly is a very difficult experience to make the right decision for a great facility. Most of the time you have a very short window from hospital to facility to move your loved ones. I was very lucky to find Cypress Gardens. Overall, a great experience. From the onset of meeting Carol in Admissions I felt very comfortable with making the choice to have Mom recover from her illness at Cypress Gardens. The team is loving, caring and trying to help each patient. They truly try to make your loved one's experience the best. They are very friendly and have lots of activities for the patients to provide balance for everyone during their recovery. I would strongly recommend this facility. I also wanted to complement Tiffany the RN that worked many of the shifts that I was there with my Mom. She is very hands on and always trying to meet and exceed the expectations for the patients and my Mom. I could always rely on Tiffany's follow through with my requests and I was ALWAYS a very active health care advocate for my Mom. If you are looking for a facility that will take good care of your loved ones, take a very close look at Cypress Gardens Care Center. Thank you to the entire team for your AMAZING SUPPORT in caring for my Mom. Best Regards to all of you!!

    Words cannot describe how awful this place is. My grandmother was not fed, not even the food that my family brought for her. She was given water in a container that was too heavy for her to pour. When she arrived at cypress garden, she was walking and talking; within a week, she could no longer walk and her voice was a whisper. My grandmother is not the only person this has happened to. She has now passed and two-weeks later, they have yet to sign a death certificate. Please, do not leave your family member here.
