    A great experience!! The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. We were referred from the hospital for continued care for subacute. We toured the subacute unit and we were sold but also hesitant because it is our first experience in a nursing home. It is clean, staff is present and able to meet my family's concerns and aunt's needs. Fortunately she was able to home. Don't fear the experience if you are choosing San Gabriel Conv. Hospital. I will always stand by my experience and five stars is well deserved. Highly recommended!!

    My aunt stayed in this nursing home trying to recover from a stroke. This place really help her to recover soon as we expected she stayed there for 2 months went home stronger and with a smile in her face. Social Service Dept help her out to make sure that she is scheduled for her next dr appointment and follow up visits with Home Health, Admission dept send us Flowers every special occasion, we really really like this place. I'm glad Hospital discharge my aunt in San Gabriel Convalescent.

    We would like to thank all the excellent personnel at the San Gabriel Convalescent Center, especially the Nurses and CNAs of Section 2 and the staff in the activity room. You took such good care of our mom Thai Muoi for many years, up until the minute she passed away on 04/04/2018. We greatly appreciate not only your care but also for the love and support you gave her and your true friendship with her. Again, thank you for everything you did for her!
