    I was admitted to Pine Creek for rehabilitation services upon my release from an acute care hospital on 12/7/2016 after a 3-day stay at the hospital. I was pleasantly surprised during my stay at Pine Creek about the competent, caring and cheery treatment I received from the staff. While it was quite obvious that the staff members were very busy, I never felt neglected. I found the rehabilitation services through and useful. I would recommend Pine Creek to people needing either rehabilitation or long-term care.

    Dear Pine Creek Rehabilitation Team, I am writing this to extend our family's warmest thanks for the outstanding care and treatment received by our mother, Mary Walker over the past four weeks. It was greatly appreciated that your experienced team of professionals at Pine Creek made sure my mother was properly taken care of. The physical therapists were outstanding and spent the extra time and effort to help my mother walk and regain her strength. Amy in the physical therapy department is truly an amazing and special person. We also want to express thanks and appreciation to Obi, Jane, Agnes, Coco, Ann Marie, Alfred, Tawny, Gabby, Stephanie, Candice and Man Le.
