This place is horrible. I stayed there for 4 years and was treated with sever disrespect. some of the staff were good but most of them are low lifes and need to leave so better more experienced people can work there . It was filthy and a few of the residence were buying hard street drugs from the night staff. honestly i give one star but that just because its the only way to post my message.

Should be able to give zero stars. How this place remains open is beyond me. Aside from the terrible care the residential population receives, basically just keep them alive enough to collect thier monthly fees. Management is weak, administration is unconcerned with the needs of its employees. The sentiment of disdain for anyone not upper management is constantly drilled into general employees. Perfect example of what happens when private companies run for profit "health" programs.

This place takes in child molesters and should be shut down there is no cure for sick and twisted people especially ones that admit they new what they were doing and new that was wrong and still did it anyway.being in a hospital or care facility is not punishment

My friend was a patient here. She passed away. She received beautiful care. She was always relaxing, enjoying goodies, watching the news, visiting with roomies, and shoving chocolate down her throat. The staff was always polite and professional.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
