    Vineyard Hills offers the most compassionate care. The staff is kind and caring. The facility is very clean and does not have that "nursing home " smell. The rehab patients are very busy with therapy, which most actually find fun and enjoyable. There are many activities to participate in during the day. I would recommend this facility to anyone

    Do not use this place unless you want to subjected to the following after your loved one dies: My father was there earlier this year and he just died, and Teresa Carnell in Accounts Receivable called his roommate, found out he was dead, and got his roommate who is mentally challenged to give her my email address. I received a collection email from her via email today telling me all the details of what my father owed. I emailed this woman back telling he was dead and never contact me again, and she emailed me back and stated the following, "..it is unfortunate that your father did not feel a responsibility to pay for the good care he received." My father lived on social security, had no pension and no savings. This woman's comments are beyond disgusting, inhumane, and indicative and what's wrong with our country where Veterans and ordinary citizens die like this every day, and all people and companies care about is getting their money. It's even more disgusting when you realize they are a non-profit organization. SO WHY ARE THEY MAKING COLLECTION CALLS AND EMAILS?
