    I recently spent some time at Rancho Vista. The food was excellent. The care standards are higher than industry average. I think what impressed me most was the staff - perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend this community to anyone!

    When we were told that my father had to leave his Assisted Living facility in Sun City because of his primary Dementia diagnosis, my sister and I conducted an extensive search of Assisted Living facilities to find one that could accommodate him. Most Assisted Living facilities would not accept someone with primary Dementia, but Rancho Vista thought they would be able to meet his needs with an increased level of care. Aside from their willingness to try having our father in the "least restrictive environment," the Assisted Living facility at Rancho Vista has many assets to recommend it: the building itself is beautiful; the food is farm-fresh and delicious (I ate at every facility I visited, and Rancho Vista's food is by far the best!); and the staff are professional, friendly, warm, and caring. Gaby (Sales and Marketing), Royce (Executive Director), Gladys (Nurse), and Bridget communicated with me regularly to update me on my father's condition. The move caused a considerable deterioration in his cognitive state and he was/is completely confused. When he began wandering at night and attempted to leave the building, Royce had a silent alarm installed on his apartment door to help keep him safe. Unfortunately, it became evident that he needs Memory Care (rather than Assisted Living), so we will be moving him again in just a few days. As always, the staff at Rancho Vista have been communicative, accommodating, and compassionate, and they are helping us through this process. I would not hesitate to recommend Rancho Vista to others who are looking for an excellent Assisted Living facility for themselves or a loved one!

    Wonderful place. At 1st my mom was hesitant but then she got involved in things to do and took off like she ran the place. She had lots of good times there. Lori at the front desk is someone who can multi task AND give personal service all at the same time. There are so many people to thank.

    The skilled nursing facility is clean and well staffed The staff is caring and attentive. Not only did they take excellent care of my sister who was terminally ill, but were caring and considerate to the needs of our family. We were with her 24 hrs for four days They provided us with blankets and pillows and comfy lounging chairs as well as snacks and drinks and a few meal tickets. I would definitely recommend this facility. Sincerest thanks to the staff For the care they provided

    Clean, well maintained facility, with a caring staff and excellent food. Our father was initially hesitant to move to an assisted living facility but the staff at Rancho Vista really made him feel welcome and at home. He had tried living with family as well as on his own and was not satisfied with either. Living in this assisted living community gives him the independence he desired with the help to make that possible. We found that by moving his things in before he arrived and decorating the room helped to make the transition smoother. We also found that visiting often and joining him in activities helped with the transition as well. Since being in this facility we have noticed a dramatic improvement in his health and his mood. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for some living assistance at a reasonable price.
