The worst place to work! If you enjoy being threatened, abused and treated like dirt by (not all, but some) upper management, co-workers and other staff members, then this is the place for you!! One of the most corrupt upper managements I have ever seen and worked for, not to mention the amount of nepotism that runs rampant at this place. I feel bad for the residents that live there, because they ultimately pay the price!

Worked here for almost 3 years and easily fell in love with the residents... As a CNA I had some great co-workers and the nurses are the best. Management does need to improve on taking some time away from there desk and knowledge the real hard working and caring CNA's and get rid of the bad mouthing and lazy one's. Our residents do not need these kind of aids around them. But yet they are the light in managment eye's! (BS) I considered myself a very hard worker and never was appreciated by managment but that didnt stop me from providing excellent care as long as the resident were safe and happy, I knew my job was done at the end of the day. Sad I had to leave but I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere there.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
