    Worst place I've ever been in, always short on staff, they accept anything that walks in, they don't have a secured dementia unit, all wander guard does is prevents them from going out side, it does nothing about inside, I was chased behind the counter by a dementia patient, sexually assaulted by another, constantly having to run them out of the room,turn over rate is very high, often 1 nurse will have to run 3 carts at once ( gee what could possibly go wrong there)..They turn the juice machine off, don't keep coffee around, meal portions are small, they only have 3 showers,a tub that's been broken for years in springs canyon hall, the house Dr is a joke, he doesn't return nurses calls, nurses letting our meds run out, under medicating, racism,house keeping is terrible, laundry constantly losing our clothes, personal blankets even though our names are clearly written on them, they have actually put men's underwear in my drawer, Darnell in social services accused me of sleeping with other men not once but twice Infront of my husband, people in positions they shouldn't even be in like cna's running admissions, social services, gross neglence, incompetence, not getting things done that we need, people going for a week with no showers, violated hippa laws, they are currently being investigated by the state, they found 45 VIOLATIONS when the state average is only 3-4 per year, dropping meds on the floors and expecting us to take them, patients having to SCREAM for help, leaving patients on the floors, they don't change mop water so they end up spreading urine and feces from room to room, showers not cleaned out thoroughly after each person, feces, urine, blood on the shower chairs and floors...I could be here all night listing problems, staff making fun of people with health issues, firing the good people, keeping the people we were constantly complaining about, never have enough blankets, sheets that do not fit the beds.if you love your family member, do not send them there.

    THe staff is aweful. THey treated my patient( my mother) like a dog at a boarding kennel, maybe worse; the vet and her assistants do not insult the animals. The lady at the front desk is the worse. She is not thrifty with her insults. do not let angry people hurt your loved one!
